Business Analyst - MS Dynamics CRM - Process Mapping - Digital business transformation project
- The Business Analyst will be responsible for engaging with different business units in order to facilitate converting business needs into software and new digital business processes.
- Develop and extend the efficient and effective use of the Customer Relationship Management system and interfaces and improve the business processes and procedures.
- Map, analyse, process and translate business needs into coherent specifications, using standards-based methodologies.
