Industry - Insurance Brokerage (Insurance, Broking, Analyst)
Our client has a fantastic new opportunity for a Business Analyst to join their busy and rapidly growing Insurance brokerage based in Essex.
·To directly contribute to the provision of system development and solution delivery.
·Understand the business requirements whether relating to software, data, process or product and translate these to specification and/or solutions to meet the business need.
·To evaluate business requirements and develop projects and solutions as required and then support the business with the implementation of projects / solutions
·Directly contribute to the achievement of the division's objectives through effective change management and systems strategy
·Demonstrate innovation in approach to solutions development
·Liaise with software houses and/or other suppliers to ensure understanding of requirements, facilitating effective delivery
·Lead and / or support UAT as required, ensuring robustness of test plans, and execution methodologies
·Adhere to project and change methodologies, including: Product requirements and specification documentation, UAT standards and documentation, Change management and release sign-off protocols
·Develop strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels to maximise success in delivery
·To plan (or assist with) project plans, lifecycles & implementation
·Must have experience of using Acturis
