Two roles for enthusiastic graduates have been created within the professional team at Lodge Initiatives, initially on a comprehensive graduate development programme. Who will I be working with?
Lodge Initiatives is a well-established, fast growing business specialising in the wholesale of automotive parts across the UK and Europe. For over 15 years the company has been supplying parts from the world’s biggest manufacturers and European motor brands. Supporting ambitious growth plans, the company has made a significant investment into facilities, with a recent move to an 11,000 sq ft site in Deeside, near Chester. Lodge Initiatives takes care of its colleagues as much as customers, and there are plenty of opportunities for career progression.

These projects will vary from sales and purchase analysis, marketing analysis and database development.
Having gained a broad range of knowledge and the chance to apply your skills, you will then be given the opportunity to specialise in the area of work you have become strongest in.
Whatever the task at hand, you will be presented with multiple opportunities to use your superb problem-solving skills and imagination, to suggest improvements and make an impact on the processes and business practices in place.
