As a Business Analyst for the eBusiness platform at Royal Mail you will help shape and deliver projects for Royal Mail’s customer facing websites by working with internal business and technology teams and external third party suppliers.

About the role

Reporting to the Business Solutions Lead, you will apply structured and Agile business analysis techniques to help shape and deliver eBusiness projects.

The ability to understand business problems and leverage the use of technology to solve these problems is the key to your success.

We require someone with excellent stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with our internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

You will facilitate workshops to produce quality documentation that detail requirements and acceptance criteria suitable for developing technology solutions taking into account business, IT and commercial drivers.

About you

You should have:

  • Extensive Business Analysis experience.
  • Proven history of acting as the liaison between the business, in-house IT teams and 3rd party suppliers.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering projects in complex governance environments using both Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Enjoy working on multiple projects with a pragmatic delivery approach.
