Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 CRM
You will be required to support the business on the delivery of a customised Dynamics 365 solution. This is a key role for the organisation helping them understand the internal and external business requirements for the development team.
You will be taking ownership of gathering and articulating requirements. Support and advise the organisation on the identification of options within business areas by thorough examination of the "as is" in order to best shape the "to be".
Acquire good knowledge of existing business processes and systems, documenting process models and task analysis, to identify requirements for CRM development.
Key Skills -
*Dynamics 365 CRM experience
*Experienced with data analysis tools and techniques
*Experienced with MS Office and Project
