A growing services business with technology at the heart of what they do, are currently seeking an individual who can offer experience of business analysis within the change environment. This role will focus on the full lifecycle of BA activity, from gathering requirements (workshops, 121’s, shadowing), documenting requirements (user stories, use cases), mapping the 'AsIs’ to the 'ToBe’ through to prioritising requirements and facilitating UAT. The role will offer you broad exposure across the organisation, working for an employer who value work life balance and within a team who focus on delivering outstanding service to its customer base.
In addition to skills across the Business Analysis lifecycle, you will be able to offer experience within business change / transformation, with an ability to challenge and probe stakeholders to obtain information effectively. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a commitment to customer service and a passion for learning and development. Any experience within Agile / Waterfall is desirable, although not essential, along with BCS or ISEB accreditation. Any experience working within a regulated environment would also be advantageous.
