Our client are an extremely successful business with a network of 150+ across the UK, Ireland and the Isle of Mann. The business provides exceptional home care services to clients in their own homes.
In order to ensure that franchise owners are successful they are allocated a Business Advisor from Head Office who works closely with them in all areas of their business including finance, sales, marketing and recruitment.
Business Advisors or Business Performance Managers as they are known internally work with a group of franchise owners across the UK and are matched based upon personality and background of the franchise owner.
Applicants MUST therefore be happy with extensive travel. You will likely be travelling every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and spending Mondays and Fridays in the Lower Stretton office (just off M56 near Warrington).
Support will be provided to owners via telephone, email and in person.
Ideal applicants will have experience in running their own business, or business units/departments/branches of a business. You will have worked at a senior level and have experience of all aspects of running a business including managing a P&L. You will have excellent coaching and listening skills and be an excellent relationship builder.
Applicants need not have been in an advisory role in the past but may have held a Senior role which involved business management and coaching staff ie. Sales Director, Marketing Director, Finance Director, Recruitment Director, Managing Director, Operations Director. Other ideal routes would be previous experience as a Business Coach, Business Advisor, Business Owner or Non Exec Director.
