The Retail Business Adviser role
You’ll be our ambassador to all local businesses, from one-man bands, to rapidly growing start-ups. Building up connections everywhere from chambers of commerce to small enterprise groups, you’ll spread the word about how Vodafone can provide solutions that help businesses grow.
Really getting under the skin of your customers, you’ll make sure you understand exactly how we can help them best. What’s more, you’ll make sure they’re crystal clear on the benefits of using Vodafone’s innovative products and services. Whether you’re delivering a solution you’ve sold with supreme efficiency, or making sure everyone in store’s up to speed on all the latest offerings for business customers, you’ll be invaluable.
The skills you’ll need
Business customers are always pressed for time. If you’re visiting a site, you’ll need to be able to show straight away you’ve done your homework and that you understand their market as well as their company inside out. If you’re welcoming a customer in-store, you’ll need to ask the right questions to quickly build up a picture of the business. Above all, you’ll need to be able to explain the solution you’ve chosen – and how it benefits them – with clarity and passion. Strong negotiation skills are a must, too. In terms of experience we’d like you to have worked with business customers in retail, sales or customer service environment before.
