Business Administrator required for temporary position
Experienced Administrators required for ongoing temp positions in Milton Keynes
Your new role:
You will support the business & consumers with living, working and trading abroad. As a Business Administration Officer, you will have a chance to work on all of the teams which together deliver the Milton Keynes Legalisation service end to end, on 4-6 week rotations.
What you'll need to succeed: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy required Confidence in handling a broad range of public documents
Be able to follow procedures while meeting a personal daily output target
You will be a natural problem solver
Communication skills - you will be liaising with stakeholders via e-mail and telephone.
Calm & professional - be able to explain clearly and simply what is and isn't possible
Target driven - This position is subject to security checks which take 4-8 weeks
Proven office administration skills
Excellent Microsoft packages experience
