Business Administrator

The Opportunity

Excellent opportunity for a Business Administrator based in Abergavenny. The role will be a based on the reception for the company where you will be taking calls, dealing with company bookings and covering the majority of Administration duties. They are looking for someone who can start immediately on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Role

  • Answer incoming calls and be confident dealing with any issues or customer queries
  • General Administration along with minute taking
  • Progress, chase and follow up information between departments
  • Cover PA duties on occasion
  • Generate meetings
  • Cover any HR Administration processes

Skills / Experience

  • A good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Extensive administration experience
  • Great telephone skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Immediate start required
