Business Administrator

Due to expansion we are looking to recruit a Business Administrator to join our city based modern clients team.

Your new job as Business Administrator

Reporting into the department head your main responsibility will be to assist the Senior Management team in the smooth running of their day with secretarial and administration support. There is plenty of scope to make the role your own and grow with it as your responsibilities increase.

As Business Administrator, your main duties will be but not limited to:

  • Providing secretarial support to the department
  • Typing of letters, minutes of meetings and reports
  • Logging and distribution of mail
  • General administration o including filing, scanning, photocopying and faxing
  • Reception duties to include meeting and greeting visitors, answering calls and taking messages
  • Organising meetings with clients, minute taking and typing of minutes
  • Diary management
  • Database management
  • Project support
  • Marketing administration to include event and hospitality organisation

What you need to be successful in your application for Business Administrator

  • Previous experience working in a fast and ever changing role
  • Advanced level Microsoft Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised and attention to detail
  • Proactive with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work to dead lines
  • Minute taking experience would be preferred

What package you can expect to receive

Salary £19,000 to £21,000 per annum depending on experience
