£27,500 plus bonus and benefits package including gym membership

Rapidly expanding service organisation has 3 openings for Business Administrators in their St Asaph head office. Due to growth and securing new contracts in the region of £20million they are expanding the support team with the appointment of talented administrators.

You will be responsible for managing job data for completeness and compliance, and submitting validated packs to utility companies to secure funding. You'll play a key role in ensuring funding claims are accurate, timely, and audit-ready.

The role is extremely diverse so requires someone with the following attributes.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple data submissions and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Experience in an administrative, compliance, or data checking role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfortable using online portals or databases.
  • Clear and professional communication skills-both written and verbal.

Given the above they require someone with current experience in administration who would enjoy being challenged in their day to day responsibilities and in return for your efforts they offer.
