Salary: Up to £27,000 + Guaranteed Bonus + Benefits
**As part of the recruitment process my client will require candidates selected for interview to complete an online Credit Check**
The RZ Group is currently working closely with a Financial Services company based in the Westerham area who are looking to recruit 2 New Business Administrators to come in and join the team. The purpose of this role will be to check and process new finance agreements, and making sure the system and documentation is correct prior to the release of funds. Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to ensure the accuracy and enforceability of new business transactions.
- Checking deals for payout in line with departmental procedures to ensure that transactions comply with the credit sanction and documentation is completed correctly
- Checking and processing transactions on the system
- Building relationships with customers and having an awareness of suppliers expectations with regards to payments
- Collating and checking credit searches, running checks, checking and updating systems and utilising all appropriate authorised IT services to assist with the completion of new business
- Handling enquiries from sales, introducers and customers in a timely and efficient manner
Experience and skills required:
- Previous experience in an administrative role essential along with strong PC skills.
- Experience with processing new business requests
- Experience within the Asset Finance industry preferred.
- Ability to produce work to a consistently high standard
