- Candidates should be able to liaise with customer and supplier alike in a business like manner.
- You should be able to work under pressure, be polite and deal with enquires in a professional manner.
- Be able to take calls from customers, receiving orders and process them quickly.
- Deal with customer queries and complaints, dealing with them efficiently.
- Good IT skills is essential, Administration experience would be advantageous.
- Smart personal presentation at all times and well spoken English.
Other general duties include:
- Managing database updates.
