- Answering the office phone, taking messages, booking appointments,
- Recording interactions with customers on the CRM system,
- Scanning and filing of electronic paperwork,
- Archiving & filing of hard copy paperwork,
- Producing annual service email/ letters reminders for customer,
- Preparing and mailing out commissioning packs and letters for customers,
- Ordering stock,
- Registering product warranties,
- Supporting the sales team with producing marketing materials such as leaflets and flyers,
- General office/ store cleaning and tidying,
- Opportunity to assist with marketing via Social Media,
- Website updates, Organising Corporate Events and Activities.
