Business Account Manager – Booker

Gatwick/Field Based

£50,000 - £57,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus Potential + 17% Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

Nestlé Professional (“NP”) is our Business to Business food service arm, which specializes in the Out of Home (OOH) solutions market. NP operates successfully in an enormous marketplace, and is an ambitious growth driver for Nestlé. The team’s aim is to inspire growth in our partners, by providing branded, creative solutions that help our customers develop their business, helping them understand business issues and the solutions that will help them develop, by driving footfall and increasing their profit.

What can you expect?

As Business Account Manager, you’ll have direct responsibility for developing and executing the JBP in collaboration primarily with the Beverage CBU and drive growth during an exciting time for this customer, after the merger with Tesco.

Key responsibilities of this role will include: 

  • Builds channel and customer knowledge, develops channel and customer dilemma in collaboration with the CBU.

  • Develops strong activation and customer plan, works with B2B to deliver added value to the customer execution

  • Monitors and analyses channel and customers performance, develops corrective/accelerating actions in order to achieve business objectives

  • Supports category strategy development and execution. Delivers channel input to the categories to drive Bigger, Bolder and Better innovation & renovation required to win the channel

  • Closely works with NROC Sales team & the other Nestle businesses to ensure execution of channel strategy.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for commercially astute Business Account Managers who are passionate about OOH industry and satisfying customers.  We’re also looking for the following skills & experience:

  • NAM experience in FMCG/Foodservice, working with Cash & Carry at Head Office level

  • Managed Joint Business Plans and Budgets

  • Successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results

  • Demonstrates ability to analyse complex situations, lots of data, "join the dots", build insights based on analysis and develop plan to address opportunity.

  • Understands the link between Category, Finance and Sales

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and collaborate with diverse people

  • Experience in OOH industry is a plus
