Buisiness Development Coordiantor - Reading

Our client is a top 10 Accountancy firm based in Reading. They are looking for a Business Development Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the development, delivery and monitoring of strategic marketing and business development activity. The Business Development Coordinator will work with the regional and national marketing and business development team to ensure the office effectively targets new work, maximises service delivery, and acquires quality new business and clients. The Business Development Coordinator for Reading will have specific responsibility for supporting the Business Development Manager in Reading and the wider business development and marketing team within the region.

Core duties will include:

• Support the delivery of approved business development plans, regularly checking progress and ensuring plans are delivered within budget

• Coordinate and deliver effective events and campaigns, taking responsibility for the management and administration

• Support and deliver sponsorships and joint initiatives with intermediaries and other third parties

• Support the BDM and partners in delivering internal and external communications material and collateral within brand guidelines

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of tenders and presentation material, ensuring the documents meet brand guidelines and are fit for purpose

• Support the development of a credentials and tenders bank

• CRM system 'super user’, ensuring the system is used effectively in the region, assisting admin teams with enquiries and training on the system where appropriate.

• Undertake research to identify office targets and support business development activity using online tools and liaising with National Information Services (NIS)

• Order and control stock of marketing literature and promotional materials

• Support the use of social media in the office

• Assist with other marketing and business development projects as required

Ideal candidate must have A professional understanding and awareness of marketing and business development, preferably with some academic or professional experience. A desire to learn and develop, Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint • A marketing degree and CIM qualification is preferable
