£35,000 - £45,000 + Yearly Discretionary Bonus + Flexible Working + Career Progression

This company specialises in providing surveying expertise to clients across the Southeast. This company covers a range of disciplines with a focus on the Education and Commercial sectors. Having continued to grow alongside the winning of large-scale contracts, they are now looking to recruit a Building Surveyor to join their growing team to assist with the continued growth.

In this role, you will be split between the office, sites, and home working, where you will be working closely with clients, contractors, and the rest of the team. You will be responsible for managing projects seeing them all the way through to completion, managing specifications and tendering as well as working on CIF bids. With no two months being the same you will be exposed to a wide range of work which will allow you to expand your knowledge and develop your career.

With that, the ideal candidate will have a degree in Surveying or similar as well as experience within the industry, with a strong work ethic and an eagerness to develop your career and progress within the company. You will have to hold a full UK driving license and own a vehicle.

The Role:

• Manage projects from start to finish
• Liaising with Contractors and Clients
• Perform condition surveys
• Working on CIF bids
• Split between home, office and site work

The Person:

• Experience within the Industry
• Surveying Degree or similar certification
• Understanding of contract administration
• CAD proficient
• Experience working on projects
