Building Surveyor - Bristol

HLC are currently working in partnership with a leading multi-disciplined building consultancy based in Bristol who are actively seeking a Building Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding team servicing clients across the South West.

Our client are an established multi disciplined consultancy employing over 1000 staff across the UK. They provide a comprehensive range of Property services to both private and public sector clients.

Due to an increase in work load our client are now looking to grow their team by appointing an experienced Building Surveyor, the ideal candidate will have;

• A Building Surveying related degree
• A minimum 2 years Building Surveying experience
• Be RICS accredited or be ready to sit your final APC assessment within 12 months
• Have a full clean driving licence

Flexible/ remote working will also be offered.
