To provide support services to the Adjusting Field Force or Direct buildings management on behalf of clients, including the project management of Subsidence Claims, Tender Preparation and the provision of On site Surveying Services.

Implementation of Regulatory requirements to include Asbestos, CDM, Party Wall Act etc.
Complaint Resolution including arising out of both regulatory and general dispute.
Audit and overseeing of Contractors forming the service provision team of our contractor network, to include scope of works, regulatory compliance and understanding of business ethos.
Provide internal training to Claims Teams to include, Building related Terminology, common Building Defects, Scope Control and a basic understanding of regulatory obligations.
Preparation of defect and Insurance reports to recognised and agreed clients.


Insurance Claims experience
Minimum of Ten Years Building Surveying Experience or CEng, MICE, MIStruct E, RICS if less experience
High level operational role encompassing a full understanding of all business processes interlinked with business development and account management
Knowledge of Building works and subsidence process as well as full understanding of the need for Health and Safety and regulatory understanding

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Car Allowance Scheme
