We are currently seeking a Building Surveyor to join a growing, chartered serveying practice in South London. This role requires a Building Surveyor to join a medium to large consultantcy team, the company currently have around 175 employee and are looking to expand.
The most successful Building Surveyor should already be currently working within a Building Surveying role but looking for a new challenge with a growing consultancy. The ideal candidate would have good work ethic, with a huge enthusiasm for progression and development within the career. The Building Surveyor will have a degree in Building Surveying and be chartered, with 2 years post qualification experience (RICS). The sucessful candidate will be working closely with clients to maintain and develop existing client relationships as well as bringing new clients on board.
The company offer a reliable service for professional building surveying duties including building inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects.
