An opportunity to work on a long term contract as a Building Surveyor for an internationally renowned market leader in Facilities Management. You will get join their team of technical experts, who ensure the strategic & tactical delivery of Asset Management for their clients, priding themselves on their 'best in class' approach & delivery.


As a contract Building Surveyor you will be home based managing a large national property portfolio across a range of sectors. As Building Surveyor you will perform surveys and reports on the condition of building assets. You will be surveying the hard services for the Asset Management life cycle including building fabric maintenance services, defects & regulations. The Building Surveyors are operational technical authorities on all building fabric related compliance and maintenance matters. You will undertake the surveying of existing buildings to determine condition, functional suitability and maintainability. Identifying and confirming required work specifications are completed to recognised industry standards.


To be considered for this ongoing secure contract role as Building Surveyor you must be RICS accredited and have a BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent. In return you will be able to command a market leading rate, with longevity of contract.
