Your new role
You will be working across a range of projects including social housing and residential properties, new builds, high-rises, estates, design and build contracts, rebuilds and refurbishments. You will be liaising with existing clients, helping to drive continuous business, and you will be using your interpersonal skills to generate income from new clients and develop the business as a whole.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience with new builds, refurbs, social housing, and design and build contracts, and in producing contracts for clients. You'll need to have excellent technical skills and be able to work autonomously and collaboratively, with experience working in both the public and private sectors. And, you will need to have excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and generate business from new and existing clients.
