Building Surveyor

My client is currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join their multi-disciplinary practice based near Gloucester. It is envisaged that the successful Building Surveyor will focus on project work in various sectors, ranging from small refurbishments up to large scale conversion and extension projects up to the value of £3 million.

The ideal Building Surveyor will hold a relevant RICS accredited degree and of achieved Chartership status as a Building Surveyor. This role would involve Dilapidations, Pre-acquisition surveys, Access Audits and Fire Reinstatement Valuations. Having strong communication skills, both written and verbal, will be required.

Having been established for around 45 years, my client has built up a prestigious reputation that has helped to develop many long term relationships. This role would offer a Chartered Building Surveyor the opportunity to move into a stable position with an established practice. The range of duties within this role help ensure variety of tasks which in turn ensures the successful Building Surveyor will be working in a stimulating environment where each employee is valued more than just a number.
