Penguin Recruitment are currently partnered with one of the UK's leading and successful multi-disciplinary in Structural Engineering, Architecture, Building and Quantity Surveying, and they are now looking for an addition to their team due to rapid growth into the new financial year!
We are now looking for a Building Surveyor to join a team of talented and experienced Surveyors within the Building Surveying division. Due to an increase in workload and new projects, this INVESTORS FOR PEOPLE award-winning practice is now looking for a mouldable, dynamic and enthusiastic Building Surveyor who is looking to progress into the profession further.
As the successful and ambitious Building Surveyor, you will get the fantastic opportunity of working across a variety of sectors, currently focused within private Residential, Public Sector, Commercial and Listed Buildings across the North East, North and Scotland areas, responsible for managing portfolios within Insurance related Surveying projects, refurbishments and new build projects.
We are looking for the ideal Building Surveyor to have the following:
- MUST have an RICS accredited in BUILDING SURVEYING
- 1-3 years Building Surveyor experience - Residential Property / Commercial property
- Access to own vehicle and able to travel on site
- Experience in AutoCAD, Surveying (Condition, Measured, Structural), Contracts Admin, Specifications, Party Wall/Dilapidations
- Strong communication skills
