Penguin Recruitment Ltd are currently partnered with a leading interdisciplinary building design consultancy who are based near Feltham, and are now seeking an addition to the team of a Building Surveyor.
This fantastic opportunity as Building Surveyor will see you get involved in a range of small to large sized refurbishment, new build, minor works and extension programs across Modern and Listed Buildings, taking charge of projects from inception to completion, giving you the empowerment to conduct client meetings and site inspections.
We are looking for an Intermediate level Building Surveyor who has a couple of years of Building Surveying experience, ideally with experience within the Residential and/or Commercial property sectors, who holds an RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying and who is partway through their APC diary. You MUST also have access to a vehicle and are flexible to travel across the Inner M25 and London regions with excellent communication skills.
Core services in this Building Surveyor role will see you work on the following but not limited to:
- Alterations, Management and Maintenance programs
- Contracts Administration
- Specifications / Tendering
- Schedule of Works / Conditions
- AutoCAD and Designs from Measured Surveys
- Condition Surveys
- Party Wall / Dilapidations when required
