Building Facilities Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Building Facilities Manager on behalf of my client for one of their major sites in the West Midlands.
This is a permanent role with a salary of £37,000 + Car.

They are looking for someone who is immediately available with a strong building background and experience working on large sites managing trades such as Carpenters, Painters and decorators etc.

Essential requirements:
- A level or equivalent in FM
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
