£34,011 - £37,791 per annum (depending on skills and experience)

About the Role:
Our client is currently seeking an innovative Building Compliance Surveyor to join their successful team. Customer focussed you will embrace continuous improvement, provide clear direction and effectively deliver a safe repairs and maintenance service. Your key duties will include planning, organising and managing the delivery of building compliance and lead and advise on how new processes and products may have a safety and financial benefit to the business.
You will proactively contribute to decision making and provide leadership and develop and implement new strategies.
The successful candidate must have proven experience of building compliance regulations and have a HNC in building related discipline with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar post.
You will have the ability to manage the risks of associated lone working and have good planning and organisational skills.
Due to the nature of the role you will hold a valid driving licence and have strong working knowledge of health and safety.
