We offer an exciting opportunity to work within builders Merchants based near Hemel Hempstead.
My client is seeking a new Office Administrator to work closely with the Office manager & team with various tasks & duties.
These tasks & duties include processing orders ready for dispatch, answering customer enquiries by phone & email, quoting & ensuring accuracy of all work undertaken whilst handling potential issues with orders & deliveries as well as any other ad hoc office based responsibilities.
This role is will be full time.
In this role we offer the opportunity to learn the operations of a dynamic builder's merchant & this is a large and very successful company which bride themselves on promotion within.
Monday - Friday
8 - 5 or 0730-4:30pm
Salary:£21,000 - £22,000 dependant on experience.
Skills & experience:
* A pro-active, dynamic and solutions-focused positive attitude
* A willingness to 'muck in' and carry out a variety of tasks as necessitated
* Ability to understand the products & eagerness to learn quoting & pricing
* An interest in the Building materials Industry
This particular company are implementing a new system called Kerridge, so if you do have experience within this system that would be desirable.
