The PIB Group leader nella distribuzione assicurativa, per Area Brokers Industria s.p.a, sta cercando giovani talenti da inserire nel Graduate Program FEEL BROKER.

Il programma ti darà l’opportunità di essere inserito in un percorso formativo della durata di 6 mesi, durante il quale potrai sviluppare competenze manageriale nel settore assicurativo e finanziario.

La risorsa, inserita nel "Placement Department" nella sede Milano, riceverà affiancamento e verrà formata nelle seguenti attività:

Introduzione e formazione nel settore assicurativo
Formazione sul ruolo Intermediario Assicurativo
Sviluppo di competenze Manageriale

Mission:

Formare un talento che sia autonomo nelle seguenti attività:

• sviluppo dei programmi assicurativi relativi ai rami assegnati
• relazione autonoma con la struttura commerciale
• predisporre "due diligence" e analisi tecniche dei contratti assicurativi per poi confrontarsi con il mercato per il relativo piazzamento
• Coordinarsi con le strutture interne facenti capo al dipartimento (Claims, International, Operational Services)

Requisiti:

• Eccellente carriera accademica negli ambiti economici,ingegneristici o giuridici.
• Livello di inglese B1
• Spiccate capacità relazionali e di negaziazione
• Possibilià di effettuare tarsferte

Cosa offriamo

Il progetto ha una durata di 6 mesi, full time dal lunedì al venerdì, e prevede un rimborso spese mensile di € 900 + Ticket Restaurant dal valore di 7€ giornaliero.

Internship - Broking Specialist

The PIB Group, a leader in insurance distribution for Area Brokers Industria s.p.a, is seeking young talents to join the FEEL BROKER Graduate Program.

The program will offer you the opportunity to be placed in a training course lasting 6 months, during which you can develop managerial skills in the insurance and financial sectors.

The selected individual will be placed in the "Placement Department" at the Milan office, where they will receive mentoring and training in the following areas:

Introduction and training in the insurance sector
Training on the role of Insurance Broker
Development of Managerial skills

Mission:

Train a talent to be autonomous in the following activities:

• Development of insurance programs related to the assigned branches
• Independent relationship with the sales structure
• Prepare "due diligence" and technical analysis of insurance contracts and then compare them with the market for the respective placement
• Coordinate with internal structures reporting to the department (Claims, International, Operational Services)

Requirements:

• Excellent academic career in economic, engineering, or legal fields.
• English level B1
• Strong relational and negotiation skills
• Ability to transfer

What we offer:

The project lasts 6 months, full time from Monday to Friday, and includes a monthly expense reimbursement of € 900 + a daily Ticket Restaurant worth 7€.
