Broking Assistant - £16-£18k plus bens - Brighton

We are recruiting for a small insurance business located close to Brighton train station. Reporting the Manager, you will be working within the broker team.

This is a super opportunity for a candidate to gain valuable experience with an SME, we only require a proven administration background ideally within the insurance or financial services industry, however that is not a necessity.

Full training will be given, if you have excellent communication skills, are personable and friendly, have great attention to detail and have a good working knowledge of Excel and Word then you should apply for this position.

Your responsibilities will include:

Completing Bordereaux for Insurers, analysing Claims Stats

Producing documents to support the broking and sales team

Inputting information onto the CRM

Dealing with incoming calls and taking messages

Processing new business applications

Ensuring all FCA compliance and files are adhered to

Covering for the Administration Assistant as required
