Broker Support Administrator - Bournemouth
You will be representing the world's largest building society and will be responsible for delivering a positive broker experience and the very best customer service. Your team are responsible for preparing mortgage applications for underwrite which will involve chasing brokers for outstanding information to ensure the applications basic requirements are sufficiently met for an underwriter to make an informed lending decision.
This role includes basic administration tasks that need a good attention to detail and accuracy such as data input, taking payments for mortgage applications, moving correspondence received to the correct underwriting team for assessment and chasing outstanding information needed to support a mortgage application from brokers. Although predominately admin based, this role does also involve some telephony skills.
