Broker Development MI & Planning Assistant
Exciting opportunity to join my clients Broker Development Team.
You will be responsible for providing MI, administration and planning support to the Commercial Division by implementing and monitoring administrative systems, procedures, and policies, along with managing internal administration processes and collating and delivering information to the Broker Development Team along with Sales Executives based across the UK.
Core duties will include:
Project Managing /Coordinating upgrade to the existing CRM system including extensive contact with service providers
Co-ordinating preparation of reports and MI to support the planning function within the Commercial function
Creating and revising systems and procedures by analysing operating practices, recordkeeping systems and forms control.
Providing key administrative support to the Broker Development and Distribution functions and the on-the-road Business Development Executive team
Completing operational requirements by scheduling and completing broker performance review reports.
Responsibility for the upkeep and maintenance of the Ownership and maintenance of the BDE panel reporting
Maintaining workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures
Experienced MS Office and CRM user, with advanced knowledge of Excel
The ideal candidate will have a background in PMO / MI / Process Support, and experience gained from within an Insurer or Broker
