Broker Admin Assistant
An Insurance Broker based near Leicester are looking for a Broker Admin Assistant to join their team. They have ambitious plans to grow and are actively looking to expand their team of professionals. They have an excellent working culture with a friendly environment and they aim to deliver a fantastic service for their clients who are based all over the UK.
Working as Broker Admin Assistant you will be supporting the Commercial Account Handlers within the business, dealing with general policy enquires from clients, processing cancellation of insurance policies and keeping the internal diary system up to date on a daily basis and much more. You will adhere to FCA regulations and give your clients an excellent service.
If you are looking to eventually progress into a Commercial Broking position this is the ideal role as you will learn from senior account handlers whilst developing your commercial knowledge.
You will also be supported to complete your insurance qualifications.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Previous Administration/broking experience
- Strong organisational and customer service skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Broker background
