Appointment Setter - British Gas - NO WEEKEND OR EVENING HOURS!
If you love customer service but hate the long hours and weekend work this could be the role for you....
As a British Gas Appointment Setter, you will be required to contact existing customers with a view to booking an annual service appointment as part of their appliance or boiler insurance policy.
Customers will be expecting your call as the appointment is part of their service agreement and is free of charge.
You will schedule appointments that are convenient for the customer, and update the inhouse system accordingly.
We are looking for people who are customer focussed, friendly and enjoy working as part of a team.
In return, we offer fortnightly pay with an hourly rate of £7.69 plus bonus (up to £150 per month dependant on your performance - this is not a sales role!)
You will work on a rotational shift pattern between Monday - Friday which is as follows:
You are also required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays however you will receive a day off during the week if this is the case.
