Base Salary: £20,000 - £35,000 + Bonuses (Salary Negotiable)

Working for a well-established broker, you will be looking for the next step in your career within specialist finance, specifically working within bridging and commercial lending. You will be talking to financial intermediaries and their clients over the phone to explore a broad range of bridging and commercial products suited to their individual needs and circumstances, ensuring the delivery of high standard customer service at all times. This is a role with excellent scope for career progression in a stable working environment, with the ability to ea uncapped bonus.

Building long lasting relationships with financial intermediaries and their clients Handling complex enquiries on a day to day basis Sourcing lending products from our panel of lenders Obtaining lender’s decision in principle and issuing terms Meeting and exceeding targets Ensuring your compliance with company standards and the FCA

We are looking for candidates who have Bridging and/or Commercial lending experience, having worked recently at a broker, IFA, intermediary or lender. You will need to be highly professional, motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic environment as part of a team with a real desire to succeed.
