Its team is passionate about helping brokers and property professionals achieve their goals — whether that’s short-term bridging, or development loans.
As a Bridging Business Development Manager (BDM),you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and managing relationships with brokers, introducers, and property professionals.
- Sourcing new bridging finance opportunities and development opportunities across the UK.
- Promoting our lending products and maintaining a deep understanding of the market.
- Managing the deal process from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
- Established book of brokers, being self-sufficient, producing consistently good levels of business per annum
- Has proven experience in Bridging or specialist finance (minimum 2–3 years).
- Possesses an existing network of brokers and introducers.
- Is confident, proactive, and commercially astute.
- Communicates effectively and builds long-term relationships.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
