Every shift here is set up to 'deliver our purpose' from producing high quality food to ensuring all guest interactions are warm, welcoming and genuine. So as you're serving a fantastic quality breakfast on time, every time, you'll also be supporting and helping the team, just as they support and help you. You'll also help to ensure good stock control procedures and look for opportunities to be more efficient wherever possible.
Ideally, you will be an early bird and know your way around a kitchen. More importantly, you'll be passionate about delivering the best possible customer service as part of the larger hotel team. You'll receive an industry leading induction and an ongoing training & development, to allow you to quickly get to know our menu and methodologies, meaning you will soon be up to speed, delivering great guest experiences. You'll be a people person with good communication skills and a clear focus on satisfying our guests.
