Our client runs one of Europes leading and most exclusive 5* Red Resorts and are currently looking to appoint a Breakfast Chef to join their team.
Preparing top class breakfast dishes/ breakfast buffets using fresh local ingredients to a 5 star standard.
-To assist the Executive Chef and the resort to retain the 5 star standards
- To ensure that your section is set for service
- To prepare meals for the Staff Canteen
- To ensure that mis en place job lists are carried out and prioritised
-To ensure that your kitchen area’s are clean and safe
- To assist with HACCP and Health and Safety procedures
- To put all deliveries away
- Mis en place for next day (Both Breakfast and Canteen)
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience within a similar post within a 4 or 5* facility. You must be confident, engaging and a team player.
