We require someone who understands and can optimise the existing service desk processes and be the point of contact between businesses and stakeholders.

What will you be doing?

As an experienced Hardware engineer, you will be able to bring your expertise to this MSP's end clients, providing timely fixes to their Hardware, be it laptops, Desktops, Printers or other devices you will have a solid understanding of the fixes and be able to provide support there and then. This is an urgent requirement and the roles are based in various locations with the same description on them all. You will have your own mode of transport to get to locations and the relevant tools for the job.

What you will need…

• Previous Field based Break and Fix experience.
• Laptop, Mobile, Printer fix experience.
• Full drivers licence and own Vehicle.
• Lenovo, Toshiba, CompTIA, ASUS, Xerox, HP or Dell Certified.
• Superb problem solving mentality
• Excellent communication skill.
