Require an experienced brand professional to lead improvements to a high growth online consumer business in response to varied Trust Pilot reviews. The goal being to implement change in the business with a way of handling feedback and also ensuring lessons learned from the feedback are addressed.
This assignment will require:
- Understanding the business and feedback received
- Scoping the improvements required
- Implementing process for handling reviews
- Proposing changes to customer service and online presence
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging throughout
- Liaison with legal team as required
- Mix of brand management and project management skills
- Online business customer service experience
- Process and business improvement skills
