Wiggle are currently recruiting for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join the team based in Portsmouth. As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the Wiggle brand in all territories, including the development of brand proposition and identity, brand communication and advertising, media planning activity, social media and content. You will support the business vision to be the world's favourite retail destination for sports enthusiasts.

Brand Marketing Manager key role responsibilities:

  • Protecting the strength of the Wiggle brand to support business growth
  • Managing the development of advertising, social media and content
  • Working closely with internal creative and design teams and key marketing agencies to develop compelling marketing communications
  • Assisting Country Managers on regional plans to meet business requirements
  • Manage media planning and activation to ensure a global brand approach
  • Managing brand tracking and ROI to assess activity and inform future plans
  • Brand strategy development
  • Agency and team management
  • Budget control

Brand Marketing Manager skills and experience required:

  • Experienced consumer marketing and customer centric professional
  • Knowledge of developing consumer focused brands applying brand strategy to create an actionable plan
  • Expert knowledge of traditional ATL and BTL media, social media including paid, digital and emerging channels
  • Proven track record of managing digital advocacy, creating revenue and loyalty through social media
  • Experience in activating brands through partnership and sponsorship programmes
  • Knowledge of brand tracking and campaign evaluation with a focus on ROI.
