Brand Manger / Marketing Manager


30,000 - 34,000 per annum + benefits (Negotiable)

Our exceptional client with a strong leading brand, is looking for a Brand Manager to oversee and executive the development of their brand strategy to enhance the business even further. The company is performing exceptionally well though always looking to strengthen their offering to end users.

The role of a Brand Manager will include:

  • Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
  • Have a clear and strong understanding of the market insights, customer/consumer insights, competitor initiatives and general market trends
  • Magnify existing innovation
  • Continuous year on year improvement of ROI on Marketing Investment
  • Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
  • Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
  • Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
  • Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
  • Competitor and customer insights analysis
  • Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales

Experience required for the Brand Manager include:

  • CIM Qualification is preferred with a minimum of 3 years hands - on experience
  • Brand awareness - a clear understanding of brands and marketing
  • Understanding analytical information and market insights
  • Relationship management skills
  • A strong focus on results
  • A high degree of commercial business acumen
  • Exceptional communication skills
