My client is a market leading, branded drinks business with distribution across all channels in the On and Off Trade. Having seen great growth over the past 10 years, the brand has developed and they innovated their range in line with consumer trends. Being at the forefront of the market, they are constantly striving to launch new products and working quickly to maintain the majority of the market share. Due to a recent restructure they now require an ambitious Brand Manager.
Within this broad role as Brand Manager there is a high level of responsibility and autonomy with the successful candidate being charged with implementing the PR, experiential plans and trade press comms strategy. In a nutshell, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the experiential programme, in addition to the consumer and trade PR plans. You will have full budget responsibility and look at forecasting, procurement and management of on-trade POS
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will have worked in a Brand Management role previously. Your experience could be from any branded business within the consumer goods arena - ideally drinks, however this is not a prerequisite. It may also be that you have an agency background and have delivered experiential campaigns. Above all, you must have a passion for the drinks industry, be able to work entrepreneurially and under pressure and be a strong communicator.
