This International Health and Beauty business operates in around 80 countries, owning and manufacturing an array of OTC and cosmeceutical brands. They distribute across the high street in such accounts as Boots, Superdrug, Lloyds, as well as independent pharmaceutical chains. With a small subsidiary in the UK where around 12 employees are based, they have a close nit culture where all work extremely cross functionally.
As Brand Manager you would be responsible for 2 direct reports as well as the marketing budget for one of the bestselling skincare brands in the UK. In addition you would be the key contact for external PR and digital agencies as well as working directly with high street and pharmaceutical retailers. This is a commercially focused role, accountable for building the marketing strategy 3 years in advance.
The successful candidate will be from a health, personal care or cosmetics background with a passion for the skincare industry. Experience managing and developing people is essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally. An outgoing and likable personality is preferable in this close knit team.
