My client, a successful commercial business based in Cheshire is recruiting a Brand & Communications Manager to join their fast paced marketing team. Applicants must have extensive marketing communications background within a B2C environment. 

Key Responsibilities:
Working with the Head of Marketing to develop and deliver a cohesive marketing strategy
Working with direct reports to deliver company targets
Work with and manage marketing agencies and key industry account managers to ensure they all understand and work to their KPIS and targets
Deliver the marketing plans that fall from the strategy
Work closely with key business stakeholders to communicate the marketing plans
Manage and develop the Shows and Events Manager to deliver highly successful and well organise events
Manage and develop the Direct Marketing Manager to deliver timely and well targeted campaigns across print, email and sms mediums
Analysing results to inform and develop future plans and be able to quickly react to data/information provided
Provide clear performance reports to the Head of Marketing
Working with the team to develop and deliver strong marketing campaigns

Skills Required:
Educated to Degree level
Must have extensive marketing communications background within a senior role 
Understanding of digital marketing and how cross channel marketing can influence performance
Experience of working with agencies and managing third party relationships
Ideally have a retail or financial services background
Ability to create recommendations and actions on the back of that data and information
Passionate about driving campaign ideas forward
Knowledge of branding and communication techniques
A senior level understanding of creative services/suites
Superior planning, project management and analytical skills
Knowledge of budgeting processes and management
Knowledge and proven experience in delivering performance based results
Knowledge of marketing reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Excel
Proven track record of brand management and implementation
Understanding of design principles and how to apply them to customer communications
Thorough understanding of Market Research techniques and measurement
Knowledge of PR principles and the application of measurement of these
Understanding of both classic and digital marketing principles
