Permanent, Part Time (21 hours per week)
Joining us as Brand & Campaign Manager, you’ll assist the Senior Brand & Campaign Manager with the development and execution of marketing campaigns across the most relevant marketing channels to grow awareness of the brand, which in turn, drives growth in memberships, campsite and glamping bookings and other associated club products and services.
You’ll work collaboratively across the Marketing department, with the various Product Marketing teams, Digital and Content, PR, Organic Social, Publications, Partners and Events teams to ensure all brand building and/or acquisition focused marketing campaigns are integrated and implemented consistently across all owned marketing channels. You’ll monitor and evaluate the performance of all brand and acquisition campaign marketing activity, measuring success, analysing data, post campaign reporting and identifying trends and sharing best practices for maximising return on investment. As a brand ambassador, you’ll support the deployment of the brand strategy, including brand essence, brand values, brand positioning and brand identity, ensuring the brand is correctly applied and consistently positioned across all internal and external brand touchpoints.
Experience of the travel or outdoor leisure markets is preferable, but by no means essential. All that we ask is that you have experience in brand, acquisition, product, or campaign marketing, either in an agency or client side, and have a strong understanding of managing 'paid’ media campaigns on PPC, paid social and digital display channels. With strong written skills, including experience of copywriting, you’ll have proven relationship and influencing skills and have a sound understanding of customer and industry insight. You’ll have prior experience of working with media agencies and have knowledge of Google suite. Budget monitoring and accountability is also essential.
