Brand and Communications Manager - Harefield

We have an exciting opportunity to join Booker Retail Partners within our Budgens Marketing Team as Brand and Communications Manager. The role is based at our Harefield site. The Brand and Communications Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering local marketing plans for our extensive store opening programme and supporting existing retailers marketing needs.

The Brand and Comms Manager is also responsible for our Brand Guidelines and POS directory, both of which are crucial documents in ensuring new stores are delivered on Brand. All marketing activity needs to be delivered to agreed timelines and within budget.

This role involves significant liaison with field teams, signage companies, third party suppliers and our independent retailers.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have a marketing qualification (diploma or degree) however this is not essential if you’ve had experience in a similar role such as experience of print marketing - leaflets, POS and press, ideally gained in a retail environment.

You will be customer focused, able to understand the needs of our retailers, have great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. You will have managed internal & external stakeholders through effective influencing and cross functional working.Some experience of copy writing and an eye for design would be very useful.

You will also be a highly competent user of MS Office with a particular focus on Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
