We are currently recruiting for a Branch Support Advisor opportunity within our Head Office, based in Manchester near the airport. The role would be a full time position working Monday to Friday 9.00AM - 5.00PM and is offering and competetive salary of £16,020per annum.
About The Role:
Provide guidance to branches and Support Office colleagues to reach resolution on queries about all aspects of our operation including (but not exclusively) cancellations, exchanges, returns, insurance, customer enquiries and complaints, GOAL queries, Refer a Friend, stock levels, supplier questions, postponed payments, out of credit aids.
Proactively answer queries to provide an end to end solution
Answer questions about product and suppliers
Offering advise and resolving queries
Deal with all communication arriving by post, email or phone
Seek approval for cancellations/ refunds
Act as switchboard for incoming calls to Support Office
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience within a complaints handling role
Able to empathise and ask appropriate questions to drill down to the heart of the issue
Remains calm and able to diffuse a potentially difficult conversations
Constantly strives to exceed customer expectations
Reacts quickly to unplanned events to ensure consistency in delivery levels
Able to plan workload to get things right first timed
Work efficiently with colleagues to deliver individual and team objectives
Wants to make a difference and sets goals, striving to achieve them.
Acts decisively, within appropriate time frames to ensure delivery.
Challenges existing practices with ideas and innovations to improve customer service
