Branch Sales Manager - Graham Plumbing Merchants - Norwich

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly driven Branch Sales Manager to join the team at our thriving Norwich branch.

You will share their 100% dedication to deliver excellent customer service and show enthusiasm and willingness to building strong relationships with customers and suppliers whilst actively promoting this culture within your branch.

  • You will work closely with the Branch Manager to support the implementation of branch plans and produce profitable sales
  • You will lead, coach and develop the sales team in order to achieve branch targets
  • You will ensure the highest standards of Health and Safety are maintained within the branch at all times

Distribution experience is desired however not essential, as a positive can do attitude and a willingness to learn is far more important to us. We will offer product training and eLearning courses to develop specialist product knowledge and improve your existing skills and understanding.

You will have had previous experience of leading a team, with the ability to exceed sales targets both personally and through innovative thinking and the management and motivation of your team.
